Your role will involve the marketing of our business and providing an exceptional level of customer care for our clients. You also support our team through office administration, and help us create the systems we need to grow.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours/week, with flexible scheduling. The position offers the potential for full time employment. Our contemporary new office is located in Greenfield, WI and easily accessible from any location.

| Calendar Management | Ongoing | Schedule meetings. Follow-up on phone calls and emails with clients for rescheduling of meetings as needed. |
| General Office Duties | Ongoing | Responsible for administrative support such as: correspondence, standard phone duties, compliance, process maintenance, while being detail-oriented and effectively handling multiple projects. |
| Reading and Learning | 1/2 day a week | Learn our business and improve yourself and your skills. Be able to convey our value proposition with passion! |
